Terms & Conditions – Flowing Flame Heating & Plumbing

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Flowing Flame Heating & Plumbing (“we”, “us”, “our”) including domestic gas, LPG and plumbing services across the North East.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the job requirements change after inspection.
Prices may include parts and labour unless stated otherwise.
Any additional work will be discussed with you before we continue.
Appointments & Access
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, boiler and relevant pipework.
Missed appointments or no access may result in a call-out charge.
Emergency Call Outs
Emergency call outs are offered subject to availability and may carry an additional charge depending on time/day.
Gas & LPG Safety
All gas and LPG work will be carried out in line with current safety regulations.
If we find an appliance is unsafe, we may label it as “At Risk” or “Immediately Dangerous” and may isolate it for safety.
Payments
Payment is due on completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give as much notice as possible.
Guarantees
Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period (where applicable).
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts supplied, and proof of purchase may be required.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing faults or issues not caused by our work
Hidden damage discovered during works (e.g., leaks under floors/walls)
Delays caused by parts availability, access issues or third parties
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights.
